In this combined talk and workshop we’ll explore the physiological changes that occur within our bodies when we enter into states of deep relaxation. We’ll be taking a closer look at the regulatory and restorative functions that occur within our cellular physiology, as well as within the larger organ systems of the body during periods of deep rest.
Through cultivating the art of passive self-observation, we can see how the remarkable human system can naturally regulate to promote wellbeing and vitality within our own life experience.
