Join NI Water at the beautiful Silent Valley as we celebrate 100 years of water supply from this impressive reservoir. Drop in anytime between 11am and 1pm to discover how the Men of Mourne constructed this magnificent structure and the fascinating story behind Watertown and the people who lived there. You’ll hear all about the marvel of the water cycle as we explain how we treat 605 million litres of water a day and bring it safely to your tap.
With hands-on demonstrations and displays explaining the engineering and science behind our water network, this is a chance to get a behind-the-scenes glimpse of something quite extraordinary.
Price includes admission to park and event. Admission charge for this event will be donated to Water Aid.
